A plant of the Brassicaceae family of Japanese origin, Mizuna is easy to grow and has a strong and fresh taste. Its jagged leaves make it similar in appearance to rocket, but its taste is less spicy.
Thanks to it being rich in vitamins A, C, and K, it helps strengthen vision, the immune system and bones, alongside stimulating a good level of blood coagulation. A large portion of its beneficial effects stem from its presence of antioxidants, which protect the body from the spread of chronic infections and strengthen the immune system.
